Celebrating Success and Shaping What’s Next: Highlights from the 2025 Annual Meeting

Held on September 4 at the Chattanooga Convention Center, the Annual Meeting is one the business community’s most anticipated events of the year. The annual event highlighted major accomplishments from the past year, honored individuals and organizations for their contributions to the region, and shared a forward-looking vision for continued growth.

The high-energy evening event opened with networking and conversation before transitioning into a program celebrating the Chamber’s 2024–25 milestones. Speakers included outgoing and incoming Chamber Board Chairs and the Chamber’s president and CEO, who reflected on the organization’s progress in workforce development, policy advocacy, entrepreneurship support and community partnerships.

In addition to highlighting key initiatives, the Chamber presented several prestigious awards recognizing leadership, civic impact and business excellence. The honorees, representing a range of industries and sectors, were celebrated for advancing Chattanooga’s reputation as a thriving hub for innovation, collaboration and economic opportunity.

Following the formal program, guests continued networking and celebrated the region’s successes with a reception featuring cocktails, music and dancing. The evening served as both a reflection on the past year’s achievements and a call to action for the work ahead — underscoring the Chamber’s mission to foster economic growth, strengthen the business community and improve quality of life throughout the Chattanooga region.
