The development team for Cambridge Square, a mixed-use community in Ooltewah located less than a quarter-mile east of I-75 off exit 11, invites you to an open house event to learn more about professional space opportunities in Ooltewah as well as the design and marketing strategy that has propelled this new community center in Chattanooga’s fastest growing sub-market. 

From inception, Cambridge Square has sought local business relationships that oftentimes have direct ties to downtown Chattanooga. The development philosophy has been to provide a location for strong local brands wishing to increase their footprint in the Ooltewah market, as evidenced by many of our local tenants/owners including Southern Burger Co., Lupi’s Pizza Pies, Heaven & Ale, Ceniza, Tennova Healthcare, Yoga East Ooltewah, Wine Down Ooltewah and Tedford Family Dentistry.
