Member Spotlight: Good Guys Moving and Delivery

Good Guys Moving and Delivery is a leading provider of moving services across the Southeast, offering top-level service and support to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving experience. Founded in 2009 by Andrew Lambert, President, and CEO, the company quickly established itself as a trustworthy partner for customers seeking assistance with their moves.

With a team of expert movers who are fully trained to lift and move with ease, Good Guys Moving takes pride in ensuring that its customers feel at ease throughout the moving process. The company’s flagship services include long-distance and commercial office moving, as well as other moving services to meet customer needs.

“It’s like a family. Since we’re all local, we all show up to the same place every day, and we’re all working towards the same goal,” Nathaniel McDaniel, Marketing Manager at Good Guys Moving says.

Since opening its Chattanooga location in 2012, Good Guys Moving has become an integral part of the local community, actively engaging in various initiatives, including Shoes for Orphans and Move for Hunger, and contributing to local music festivals. The company has also become a member of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, actively participating in neighborhood council meetings and building strong relationships with other local businesses.

“Chamber Council meetings alone are worth the price of the membership. You’re meeting so many people that could be vertically or horizontally aligned with what you’re doing. I’ve also noticed collaboration in the meetings I’ve been in. Everyone says things like, “Hey, here’s my card. How can I help you?” That’s the mentality across these meetings. It’s really beneficial to have a room full of people that are doing things in this city, and own companies or are representing their companies. We’ve seen our business grow from this,” McDaniel says.

This sense of community and purpose has helped the company grow and thrive, particularly in light of the recent influx of new residents to Chattanooga.

In 2022, Chattanooga was the top Tennessee city for the net inflow of new residents coming out of the pandemic. Good Guys Moving has leveraged this growth to meet the rising demand for its services, delivering top-level service and support to help customers make a smooth transition to their new homes or offices.

At Good Guys Moving, customer satisfaction is the top priority. With a team of expert movers, a commitment to community engagement, and a dedication to delivering top-level service and support, the company has become a trusted partner for customers seeking assistance with their moves. Whether you’re moving to a new city or a new office space, Good Guys Moving is here to make the process simple and stress-free.
