BuildINC Business: Ksenia Duarte drives EX-9’s Expansion into the U.S.

Watch This Episode Here!

Ksenia Duarte, CEO and co-founder of EX-9, is directing a major shift in how industrial sites handle heavy-duty logistics. The company develops autonomous yard tractors—large machines built to move trailers with high-precision and efficiency. Founded in France, EX-9 is working to build a stronger foothold in the United States through technology all while expanding its network of industry connections and clients.

For Duarte, the impact stretches further than the technology itself. She says the mission centers on improving conditions for the people who work in logistics. She emphasizes how EX-9 aims to move workers out of stressful, physically demanding jobs that expose them to harsh weather and constant risks, and to reduce the safety hazards that come with operating heavy machinery.

Under Duarte’s leadership, EX-9 is positioning itself at the forefront of autonomous logistics. The company’s work reflects an inclusive shift towards enhancing logistical work—while meeting the growing demands of global supply chains. She sees EX-9’s technology playing a central role in how companies prepare for the next era of administration, one defined by resilience and sustainability.
