Chattanooga Chamber’s Lorne Steedley on Tackling Issues of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Recently, the Chattanooga Chamber’s Vice President of Diversity and Inclusive Growth sat down with HR Daily Advisor to talk about his approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work and his own personal DEI journey. Steedley brings with him a wealth of experience and says that successful DEI work is mostly about relationship building. There is no quick fix. Instead, there are many things that all must be addressed together.
