Chattanooga Chamber Launches Chattanooga Calling Talent Attraction Campaign

Chattanooga Calling, a brand new website focused on talent attraction and retention, has successfully launched and is receiving fantastic engagement. Funded initially by CARES, the website was built to highlight job availability, upskilling and re-skilling opportunities, and employment data across key industry sectors.

Additionally, we have partnered with Chattanooga Tourism Co. and other partners to showcase our diverse neighborhoods, culture, and natural beauty. As we have seen an influx of people moving to Tennessee during COVID-19, Chattanooga Calling is an excellent way to attract people to our region. We are currently establishing engaging incentives for visitors and remote workers in partnership with Bandwango which will elevate the Chattanooga experience and also provide valuable data and contact information for talent recruitment efforts.
