Matt Phillips, Co-founder and managing partner, Rise Partners, interviewed J.Ed. Marston, Vice President of Communications, EPB. 

Marston joined Chamber Chatt to discuss what led to the creation of the quantum network, EPB being the first to have an available quantum network in the United States and the potential impact it will have in the Chattanooga region.
