Who says healthy food has to taste bland?

Stacy Martin is Founder and Chief Amazement Officer of Seahorse Snacks, a company offering nutritious protein-packed nuts that come in flavors such as Chili Turmrific Cashews and Maple Chaitastic Pecans.

She began making these snacks in 2019, as the result of a life-saving procedure that involved removing her stomach.

From selling out of her kitchen a year ago to being a participant of LAUNCH’s Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga program, Martin’s story highlights the resiliency of Chattanooga entrepreneurs.
