Looking ahead, Hippix Logistix is focused on developing its own proprietary transportation management system to give drivers direct access to freight options. The team is also expanding by acquiring direct customer freight through a newly opened brokerage division. Its goal for the next 12 months is to balance its current freight generation by shifting from 100% brokered freight to a healthier mix of 80% brokered and 20% direct customer shipments.
