Hippix Logistix Joins the INCubator Family

We are thrilled to welcome Hippix Logistix and founder Andrei Hippix to the INCubator community.

Hippix Logistix is on a mission to become the nation’s No. 1 expedited transportation company, with a clear commitment to representing and empowering owner-operators. In an industry that often lacks a unified, driver-first approach, Hippix Logistix is building the largest pool of owner-operators in the expediting sector. Backed by proprietary, Uber-like technology and 24/7 support, its model prioritizes speed, visibility and reliability for shippers and drivers alike.

What sets Hippix Logistix apart is its nationwide fleet, live shipment tracking and around-the-clock operations that create a level of professionalism and driver satisfaction many large carriers and fragmented dispatchers struggle to provide consistently. Hippix Logistix believes in a business culture that puts drivers first, a core value that fuels its growth and reputation.

Hippix Logistix chose the INCubator as a strategic partner to support its next stage of growth. With opportunities for education, operational expansion and meaningful networking, the company sees the INCubator community as the right environment to help it scale sustainably.

Looking ahead, Hippix Logistix is focused on developing its own proprietary transportation management system to give drivers direct access to freight options. Its goal for the next 12 months is to balance its current freight generation by shifting from 100% brokered freight to a healthier mix of 80% brokered and 20% direct customer shipments.

Please join us in welcoming Andrei Hippix and the Hippix Logistix team. We look forward to watching their journey and supporting their success.
