Chamber Proudly Announces Its New Leadership Chattanooga Class of 24-25

Just weeks after graduating its cohort of outstanding 2024 Chattanooga leaders, the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce proudly announces its new incoming Leadership Chattanooga class of 24-25

“The incoming class members are phenomenal, all representing the best and brightest of future Chattanooga leadership,” said Toya Moore, Leadership Development Director. “They come from a wide range of regional industries, yet all are connected by their authentic desire to serve, grow and learn. This very well could become our most transformative class yet.”

Established in 1984, Leadership Chattanooga is the city’s foremost leadership development and civic engagement program for greater Chattanooga professionals. The ten-month program welcomes 45 regional leaders selected from a competitive process, including:

  • Sincere commitment, motivation, and interest in serving the community
  • Demonstrated dedication to civic engagement through previous volunteerism and/or other key leadership roles rooted in public service
  • Recognized potential for career advancement to top leadership positions
  • Alignment with community diversity through representation of different socioeconomic sectors, professions, viewpoints, ages, cultural perspectives, ethnic backgrounds, and geographies throughout Hamilton County.

“The connection with my classmates provided me the ability to network and collaborate with professionals who are committed to making Chattanooga a city that is even better for those who live, work and visit our area,” said Kim Leffew, director of alumnae engagement for Girls Preparatory School and past graduate of Leadership Chattanooga.

The 2025 group will begin meeting in August with once-a-month daylong sessions designed to strengthen leadership development by offering insight into encountering, understanding and solving regional challenges while continuing to strengthen and advance economic growth.
