Leadership Chattanooga is a 10-month leadership development program for established local leaders and professionals.

Established by the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation in 1984, Leadership Chattanooga provides a transformative space where participants develop their leadership and civic-engagement acumen through experiential learning, community service, and focused interaction with our city’s top leadership.
