Whiteboard and Rockridge Venture Law Team up to Launch B Tennessee

Chattanooga B Corps Whiteboard and Rockridge Venture Law have partnered with Nisolo, Patagonia Nashville and Avocado Mattress to form a new, statewide coalition called B Tennessee.

B Tennessee promotes the formation and development of benefit corporations and business certifications as B Corps. B Tennessee is modeled after “B Local” groups like B Local Asheville and B Local Georgia, which foster community engagement and development of best practices around corporate social responsibility.

B Tennessee events and resources are open to all who are currently or are interested in using business as a force for good. As Certified B Corps, Whiteboard and Rockridge are committed to –

  • Balancing purpose and profit
  • Community engagement
  • Accountability and interdependence

Initial B Tennessee events will rotate between Chattanooga and Nashville, and will include networking socials, summits and environmental and social impact projects.

Collectively, B Tennessee companies will make enhancement of place commonplace.
