Chamber Challenge Summer Blood Drive

Amanda Ellis

Blood Assurance sees a decrease in donations during summer as many regular donors are on vacation and schools that host blood drives aren’t in session.

Yet Blood Assurance needs more than 540 volunteer blood donors a day to adequately supply the hospitals it supports.

Help us reach our Chamber Challenge goal of 500 blood donations during the week of July 11. Your donation can save up to three lives.

To help, register here and visit one of Blood Assurance’s Chattanooga locations.

Let them know you’re a Chamber challenge participant, and receive Little Debbies and a Summer 2016 Blood Assurance t-shirt in addition to the satisfaction of helping save lives.

Use #ChamberChallengeCHA on Twitter and Instagram to post and see fellow Chamber members who’ve donated.

Blood Assurance, a non-profit, full-service regional blood center based in Chattanooga, serves 51 counties and more than 75 health care facilities in five states. Learn more here.
