AM Networking Highlight: Eastgate Town Center

Eastgate Town Center will host AM Networking from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6. For more information and to register, visit here.

Why did you decide to host a Chamber networking event?

We decided to host an AM Networking event at Eastgate to showcase our new facility and our improvements, i.e. roof, painting, flooring, and tenants.  Along with networking with our business community about our available spaces.  We offer a beautiful interior with a relaxing fountain making Eastgate a unique environment to work.

What is unique about your business?

We are actually a business center and a school campus.  There are a few retail shops such as GNC, CitiTrends, Office Depot and Tuesday Morning.  Our focus is on our tenants and what they may enjoy while working and learning at Eastgate.

What's your favorite part of being a member and why?

Fantastic networking events where we can see the economic development in Chattanooga or the incredible impact the sports and IRONMAN competition have on our city and the revenue it generates.  Keeps us current with new opening businesses and networking with different contractors for the needs of our facility or helping others.

How does your business make a difference in our community?

We offer a safe and clean work environment for established and growing businesses in the heart of Midtown and Brainerd Business District, only 15 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from the airport.  We are actively supporting the community with several events that occur annually at Eastgate:  Minority Health Fair every August, Friends of the Library book sale annually, Fall Prevention Awareness at our Senior Center, Job Fairs, local holiday Craft Fairs, Drivers Education classes, Blood Mobiles and Mammogram Mobiles to name a few.

Anything else you would like to add?

We offer competitive leasing rates with both turn-key spaces and “build to suit” spaces from 51,000 sq. ft. to 165 sq. ft.  Prime location with ample parking available, event space available for community needs and ideally, we would love to see a gym, grocery store, retail, colleges, florist, dry cleaners, restaurants and call centers join us.
