STIR Brings Craft Cocktails, Artisanal Ice, Oyster Bar and More

STIR is all about the inventive, the artisan and the local. With a focus on artisan ice and craft cocktails, STIR also uses the freshest ingredients available, refreshing food and beverage menus regularly to highlight seasonal delicacies and keep the creative juices flowing.

Every bite and sip at STIR is crafted daily from scratch, using ingredients predominately from farms and vendors within 100 miles of Chattanooga. Influenced by the history of the Chattanooga Choo Choo where the restaurant is located, STIR weaves a modern, urban aesthetic with historic remnants of the iconic terminal station.

STIR’s lunch, dinner and late night menus include unforgettable dishes designed to suit any appetite – from fresh seasonal roasted vegetables with farro and juicy local beef for their cheeseburgers to scallop and shrimp mac and cheese, to name a few.

STIR takes its mixology game to the next level with the use of artisanal ice – in eight unique shapes. Frozen from the inside out with purified water using a special process to avoid air pockets, the crystal clear craft ice ensures drinks aren't diluted, retaining their chill and flavor profiles for longer.
